Donald D. Bradley has over two decades of “in the trenches” experience in marketing, sales and product distribution. He has achieved top ranking positions in the network marketing industry, being numbered among millionaire earners for the past 15 years, while helping others reach their financial goals.
Upon obtaining his B.A. degree in Humanities and Social Sciences from the University of South Carolina in 1994, he served in the United States Air Force and Air National Guard (Operation Desert Storm). Don and Deborah make their home in Snellville, Georgia, and have two sons and two daughters.
President & CFO
Andy Cauthen is a seasoned veteran of business, with a successful background in executive management, corporate operations, and marketing and sales. He has held positions as President, CEO, and corporate management roles with several major companies, including two with asset bases of greater than $1 billion, more than 2,000 employees, and operating budgets of $240 million.
He has worked with companies in the USA, Canada, Europe, and South America in the areas of business planning, capitalization, operations, sales and marketing, and legal and compliance.
Andy studied at the University of Melbourne, Australia and Abilene Christian University in Texas. Andy and his wife Kathy reside in Collinsville, Illinois. He has three daughters residing in Texas and Tennessee.
Chief Operations Officer
LeAnn Troeckler brings a wealth of management skills to her position of Chief Operations Officer. In her past ten years of experience in management and administration, she has, as Director of Field Operations, provided field support services at a US-based international direct sales company with over 130,000 distributors, has served as Director of the Customer Support team and Director of Special Services for the company’s field sales directors.
LeAnn is proficient in team supervision and management, including tasking and scheduling, while continuing to oversee daily operations. Her input has been invaluable in the development and implementation of numerous marketing projects, including quality testing and reporting. Further duties include managing social media sites, company calendars, and field email support and communications.
LeAnn studied at Lewis & Clark Community College and lives in Staunton, IL with her husband Michael and their three children.
Vice President, Public Relations
Deborah is the Vice President of Public Relations and the leading force behind PlanNet’s philanthropic movement, PlanNet Cares. She is responsible for the conception and implementation of external corporate communication strategies that secure business relationships, media outlets and community engagement.
With over 20 years of combined journalism and public relations experience, Deborah’s specialties include strategic planning, brand management, reputation management and publishing. She is also a member of the Public Relations Society of America and Public Relations Society of Georgia with a certification in Crisis Communications.
She obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of South Carolina and is a mother of four children. She and her husband, Donald, reside in Snellville, GA.

LisaMarie Klinger heads up the Marketing department and is on the cutting edge of everything happening in PlanNet Marketing. From Awards & Recognition to planning corporate events, she is there! She knows many of your names and faces, she talks to you, emails you, gets to know you - and she's FANTASTIC at it.
LisaMarie is familiar with the network marketing industry and understands the importance that events and recognition play in this industry. She works tirelessly to ensure PlanNet’s events go off without a hitch, that the PlanNetNow! blog is full of timely and accurate content to help keep you connected and accelerate your business, and she is constantly crunching those numbers to see who our next 20/20 Club Members, Directors-in-Training and Directors are rising in the ranks.
LisaMarie received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Stockton University in Pomona, NJ and she currently resides in Fort Myers, Florida.
Vice President, Compliance
Amanda Restivo is experienced in the management of compliance matters pertaining to the network marketing industry. She has previously served as Compliance Manager for a major network marketing company and helped to write their policies and procedures. She has also served in the fields of accounting and executive management assistance.
Amanda manages all compliance matters for PlanNet Marketing, as well as handling the payment of commissions, corporate accounting and human resources. Amanda fancies herself a grammarian and takes pride in a well-written company announcement, compliance article for the PlanNetNow blog, or just a simple email.
Amanda obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Public Relations from Blackburn College in Carlinville, IL. She currently lives in East Alton, IL with her husband Tony and their three children.
Over and above Jerry’s skills as chief programmer at Genesis Consulting, Jerry offers his Corporate Analyst skills to PlanNet Marketing. Analyzing every facet of our business and assisting us on the road to success via his 30+ years’ experience in the industry. Jerry has managed many companies over the years where annual sales exceeded 100 million dollars. He not only watches over our IT department, he constantly is making improvements to our systems to better serve our Reps. As a Graduate of University of North Carolina where he earned his degree in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics, it would be difficult to find someone more qualified to calculate and create your commission check than Jerry.
Even though his work seems behind the scenes you can expect to meet Jerry or hear his messages at many upcoming events. As an affective speaker and life coach to many, he will be helping all of us make the most of this wonderful opportunity.
